What an excellent establishment. I am fairly new to Tampa, originally from Hawaii, but I have been on opiate replacement therapy for many years and have worked and lived in several different states across America in that time. Finding both a reputable and caring treatment center with outstanding service when one is new to a city can be a daunting and stressful task. The crew at S4OT made this process quite the opposite, such a super friendly and smooth transition to this facility it was. I’ve seriously yet in my 18 years of being on opiate replacement therapy to come across such a helpful, pleasant and understanding team that actually cares about my self and overall health in the way that these folks do. The fact that they have five stars across the board is no surprise at all and genuinely deserve every ounce of praise. My gratitude and much aloha goes out to Dr Rockefeller, Gina and Chris.

This clinic has been amazing to work with and great at helping and treating my brother! The staff was kind and they maintain a high level of professionalism and care. If this type of treatment is ever needed, I fully recommend this clinic and it’s team as the way to go for the highest level of treatment, care, and results.

Everyone here is super nice and friendly. I came here to do a covid test and I felt very safe and private. I have since gotten my family tested after hearing they did mobile testing. They said they offer suboxone treatment which is a great thing. I’ve known people with terrible addictions to methadone and this is what saved them. Highly recommended

  • We offer various flexible scheduling opportunities that include Monday – Saturday.

  • Following the assessment patients my undergo a doctor supervised induction in the clinic to ensure a normal reaction to the medication by the patient.
  • After their first appointment, patients are required to schedule a follow up visit to ensure the dosage of medication is appropriate, for patient’s safety, and if necessary dosage may be adjusted  to alleviate any discomfort that patients may experience. This may be one to two weeks after the initial appointment, based on physician’s discretion.
  • Patients will then be required to schedule follow up appointments every 28 days to ensure progression within the program.
  • Counseling is required as part of a treatment program. Counseling is offered individually, in group sessions, and in family sessions.
  • After several months, as per physician’s recommendation, patients will be gradually tapered off of Suboxone by lowering daily dose until patients no longer require Suboxone. At this time counseling is still strongly recommended to watch for any signs of relapse.
